This month, we’re shining a light on two of those people: Paul and Maria, key members of MASSO’s logistics team. From process improvements to last-minute order coordination, they’re the ones making sure your CNC product gets where it needs to go—on time and in top condition.
Why Logistics Matters in CNC
For Paul, joining MASSO was about more than just a new job—it was a chance to be part of a company pushing the boundaries of CNC technology.
“What drew me in was MASSO’s reputation for innovation and precision. Working in logistics here means operating at the intersection of high-tech manufacturing and efficiency—where every detail counts,” Paul says.

“It’s all about faster, more reliable shipping and giving customers more visibility from order to delivery,” he explains.
Maria, meanwhile, is using MASSO’s warehouse relocation as an opportunity to refine key processes:
“We’re optimising packing stations and streamlining workflows to speed things up—so customers get their gear sooner and with less hassle.”

Complex or time-sensitive orders are where the team’s behind-the-scenes
brilliance really shows. Whether it’s advanced forecasting, detailed scheduling, or collaborative problem-solving, both Paul and Maria emphasise preparation and communication.
“For high-priority orders, I rely on proactive coordination— forecasting, planning, and checklists to ensure nothing slips through the cracks,” says Paul.
“We prioritise urgent orders, clarify requirements, and act fast. Effective teamwork is what keeps everything on track,” adds Maria.

“There’s careful handling, quality checks, accessory verification, and coordination across departments,” says Paul. “It’s all to make sure what you receive is ready to perform the moment it’s unboxed.”
“From choosing the right freight partner to securely packaging delicate components, we’re thinking several steps ahead,” Maria adds.
