Meet Ivan Leita

As MASSO continues to grow and expand its global reach, maintaining strong connections with customers worldwide is a top priority.
To support this goal, we recently welcomed Ivan Leita as our new Business Development Manager. Ivan is not only focused on driving business growth but also on staying closely connected to our customers. This close relationship ensures that we can deeply understand and respond to the evolving needs of our customers, particularly regarding their CNC machines and what they require from their MASSO controllers.
Ivan’s role is global, and you might find him traveling across the world to meet with our OEM customers and Partners. Recently, he returned from a successful trip to the US and Canada, where he visited some of our key current and potential customers.
Originally from Italy, Ivan moved to Australia with his family in 2012, following a temporary business opportunity. Captivated by the country’s beauty and wilderness, he decided to make Australia his permanent home. With over 20 years of experience in developing international markets for electronic product manufacturers, Ivan has honed his ability to combine high-level strategic thinking with practical, actionable steps that drive immediate progress and achieve targets.
Ivan possesses strong cross-cultural skills and is adept at navigating complex global scenarios, always seeking optimal solutions that satisfy all stakeholders. His strengths include a passion for delivering excellent results for clients, underpinned by strong, long-lasting relationships.
