In her role, Elizabeth’s focus is on making sure every MASSO controller is built and tested with the same care and attention she’d expect as a customer herself. Clear traceability from components through to final testing is critical, as is early coordination across teams to identify and resolve issues before they reach customers.

What Happens Before Your Controller Ships
While customers see the final product arrive ready for their workshop, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. Long before dispatch, components are sourced, production runs are planned, and PCB revisions and firmware requirements are aligned. Each controller is assembled, inspected, programmed, and thoroughly tested — with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams working closely together.

Outside the Workshop
When she’s not keeping MASSO production running smoothly, Elizabeth’s three young kids keep her on her toes. She also has a love of rock music and enjoys singing — preferably when no one’s listening.

“My three kids definitely keep me busy — and I love a bit of rock music when I get the chance.”
