Meet Mike Walker

MASSO’s remarkable growth over the years has been driven by the dedication and hard work of its founders, Jatinder and Karam Grewal. As the business expanded, so did the demands on their time, shifting the focus from day-to-day operations to longer-term strategy and planning. To enable the founders to focus on the company’s future, MASSO made the strategic decision to appoint a General Manager who could take the helm of day-to-day operations.

Since joining MASSO, Mike has immersed himself in the company’s operations and culture, spending time with the team in Sydney and traveling across North America to connect with key customers. He has quickly developed a deep appreciation for the impact MASSO has on its customers, noting, “MASSO is a tremendous business, dedicated to helping people create more and better things. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how we make life easier for some, and bring joy to others through their creations. I see a period of very strong growth ahead of MASSO as users recognise the functional and operational advantages of the MASSO controller. This will only lead to greater demand, which we are prepared for.
