MASSO myWorkshop App Subscription Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MASSO myWorkshop App subscription service provided by MASSO . By subscribing to or using the myWorkshop App, you agree to
the following terms.

1. Subscription Service

The myWorkshop App is a subscription-based service that provides users with access to cloud-based features, remote functionality, machine monitoring, file management, and other
related services offered by MASSO.

Your subscription grants access only to the services included within your selected subscription plan.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (monthly or otherwise stated).

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and may include applicable taxes where required by law.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to subscription features.

3. Pricing Changes

MASSO reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.

If subscription pricing changes:
● Existing subscribers will be provided with reasonable prior notice before the new pricing takes effect.

Continued use of the myWorkshop App after the pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

● Users who do not agree with the updated pricing may cancel their subscription prior to the new pricing taking effect.
Pricing changes may apply to:
● Existing subscriptions
● New subscriptions
● Additional services or features
● Regional pricing adjustments

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
By subscribing, you authorize MASSO to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees on each renewal date.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their MASSO account or by contacting MASSO support.

Cancellation will:
● Stop future billing
● Remain active until the end of the current billing period
● Not entitle the user to a refund for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law

6. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. MASSO may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.

7. Service Availability

MASSO will make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service availability; however:

● Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.
● MASSO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the myWorkshop App.

8. Feature Changes

MASSO reserves the right to:
● Add, modify, remove, or discontinue features
● Introduce new subscription tiers
● Restrict or expand functionality
● Change system requirements or supported devices
Certain features may require internet connectivity, updated firmware, or compatible MASSO hardware.

9. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:
● Maintaining the security of their account credentials
● Ensuring their contact and billing information is accurate
● Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
● Maintaining reliable internet connectivity where required
Users must not:
● Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
● Share subscription access unlawfully
● Use the service in a manner that may disrupt other users or MASSO systems

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and services associated with the myWorkshop App remain the property of MASSO. Subscription does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASSO shall not be liable for:
● Loss of production
● Loss of profits
● Downtime
● Data loss
● Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the myWorkshop App
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important machine data and files.

12. Termination

MASSO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the myWorkshop App if:
● These Terms are breached
● Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
● Required payments are not received

13. Changes to Terms

MASSO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the MASSO website and/or communicated to subscribers where appropriate. Continued use of the service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws.
